Here, we will tell you our privacy policy within StadiumCrush®.

Why Do We Collect Your Information?

In order for us to provide you with Awards that you are willing to play to win, we must know what it is you would like to play
for. So, we keep record of those Awards that are reviewed, played, and won.

In order for us to understand how the Awards are disposed of, we must know who won the Award – so, we collect your
name, address, and mobile phone number, if you provided them to us. Also, we collect your location information – this
allows us to know what types of products are viewed more favorably in which parts of the country and the world.

Please know that it is possible to play StadiumCrush® without giving us any private information and not registering.
We believe in the “try before you buy” concept. We know that once you start winning Awards, you will want to do more
within StadiumCrush®. And, in order to have the full experience, a Player must register.

What Do We Do with this Information?

We use the information that we collect to provide a better experience within the StadiumCrush® platform. We will collate
your information with that of thousands of others to determine which Awards are wanted and which Awards are not.

It is through a series of analytics that we are able to provide to other businesses to help them determine both if their
current product selection is wanted and how effect is their current marketing efforts.
Additionally, we may package your information with others and sell it to other marketing agencies. Your information will
help other companies ensure that they are only advertising to you what you really want to experience. In essence, you are
helping you receive what you want to receive.

Can I Opt-Out?

Yes, there are two ways to Opt-Out. First, if you have not registered, none of your personal information has been collected.
So, keep playing StadiumCrush® and only register when you are ready to provide us with some of your contact information.

If you have already registered and decide that you would like to stop providing us with your contact information, simply
send us a note via the CONTACT US page on this website and your registration will be temporarily halted. NOTE: if your
information is temporarily halted, you may still play StadiumCrush®, all of your personal information is held in stasis and
not used by StadiumCrush®, but you will be restricted as to the number of actions that you may take with your won Awards
– it is as if you were not a registered Player. If you decide to regain your use of your Awards, simply re-register.

Can I Cancel My Account?

Yes, you may cancel your account and leave your account frozen on our servers – that is, nothing accrues on your account,
you cannot play StadiumCrush®, and your personal information is not used in any manner. However, your Awards are still
available, should you decide to start playing StadiumCrush® once again.

Can I Delete My Account?

While we will be sad to see you leave, you may delete your account at any time. To avoid unintentional deletions, we have
developed a two-step process to be sure that it is your desire to delete your account. Once your account is deleted, your
Awards will disappear and there is no way to get them back. However, once your account is deleted, you may re-register
and start over at your convenience.

Update these Terms of Service

We will update these Terms of Service and our associated Privacy Policy for any number of reasons. We will let you know
that we have new Terms or Privacy Policies and it is up to you to read and understand them. Continued playing of
StadiumCrush® means that you accept these terms and all updates. If you object to any portion of these Terms or the
Privacy Policy, please stop playing StadiumCrush® and contact us to let us know to what you are objecting.

Limits on Liability

While StadiumCrush® has gone through numerous focus test studies and serious bug catching operations, it is offered to
you “as is,” and we make no guarantees that they always will be safe, secure, or error-free, or that they will function without
disruptions, delays, or imperfections. To the extent permitted by law, we also DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER
EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING THE IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not control or direct what people and others do or say, and we are not
responsible for their actions or conduct (whether online or offline) or any content they share (including offensive,
inappropriate, obscene, unlawful, and other objectionable content).

If you lose an Award due to a utility’s outage, war, hostilities, revolution, civil commotion, strike, lock-out, epidemic,
pandemic, game delay or cancellation, fire, earthquake, wind, flood, or because of any law, order, proclamation, regulation,
or ordinance of any governmental authority, or because of any act of God or any other cause whether of similar or
dissimilar nature beyond the, reasonable control of the party affected, we will work with you to restore your Awards.
However, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or StadiumCrush® will not exceed the greater
of $100 or the amount you have paid us in the past twelve (12) months.

Disputes

While we tried to provide clear rules so that we can limit or hopefully avoid disputes between you and us. If a dispute does
arise, however, it’s useful to know up front where it can be resolved and what laws will apply.

You and the PJH Ventures, Inc. each agree that any claim, cause of action, or dispute between us that arises out of or
relates to these Terms or your access or use of the Meta Products shall be resolved exclusively in the U.S. District Court in
Dallas, Texas or a state court located in Dallas County, Texas. You also agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of either
of these courts for the purpose of litigating any such claim, and that the laws of the State of Texas will govern these Terms
and any claim, cause of action, or dispute without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Without prejudice to the foregoing, you agree that, in its sole discretion, we may bring any claim, cause of action, or dispute
we have against you in any competent court in the country in which you reside that has jurisdiction over the claim.
